Ottawa approves third Express Entry scheme focused on health care by 2024


On November 20, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted its third healthcare-targeted Express Entry draw of the year, inviting 3,000 candidates to apply for permanent residency in Canada.
